About Two Twenty Training

Two Twenty Training has been created by Sian Toal and Jay Benedetti. Two Personal Trainers who took their passion for innovative and high intensity training to another level and introduced it to a wider audience. The group Personal Training concept pushes you to work in a way you have never worked before. The dynamic exercises use equipment such as Battling Ropes, Powerbags, Kettlebells, Tornado Balls, Training logs, Bungee cords, Tractor and car tyres and so much more. They enable the body to strengthen from the inside, condition and be challenged in high intensity intervals but in a functional way. Both Jay and Sian believe in training the body in the way it was designed to move, taking it back to basics. Most of all it’s exhilarating, challenging and a lot of fun!

Jay Benedetti

Jay is a London based Personal Trainer, has come from the highly competitive Kickboxing and Martial Arts circuit where he achieved high acclaim. A black belt in Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing and he placed on the World Amateur Kickboxing (WAKO) and World Kickboxing Asociation (WKA) squads. At this standard he was able to travel the world as a competitor, winning titles such as WAKO British Champion and placing first at Ocean State Grand Nationals and Battle of Westchester (NYC) and placing third at the NBL World Games.

2009 saw Jay as the Maximuscle Body of 2009 Cover Model winner and his transformation story published in Men’s Fitness Magazine. His motivation and dedication as a competitor filtered through this experience and inspires others to follow in his footsteps. 2011 is set to be a busy year for Jay as he plans to travel the world and develop his knowledge within the industry.

Sian Toal

Sian Toal

Sian is a London based Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She Personal Trains in the City and in Clients homes. Sian teaches classes such as Les Mills Body Pump/Combat/Balance and Spinning, across London. Sian specialises in athletes and female fat loss transformations. She uses motivational training, treating each client as the individual they are. Listening to their needs and aiming to tailor make their sessions.

Her background is in Dance and Athletics. A dancer since a young age, she took it through to Degree level and performed extensively in the UK and Europe. As an athlete she trained at the Loughborough University track and more recently has been competing in Half Marathons and Duathlons. 2011 will prove to be an exciting year as she takes to the stage again to compete in Fitness Modelling in the UK and potentially USA and Australia. She strives to continuously learn and expand her knowledge from all over the world and bring it those she teaches. Sian also contributes as a Fitness writer and consultant to Magazines and Editorial features. Sian also features on the NewU Wii computer game and she reached the finals of the International Fitness Showcase Personal Trainer of the Year 2010. She is determined to take the title for 2011.

I am constantly looking for new ways to inspire myself and those I train, believing each individual can find something they enjoy and incorporate into their daily routine. If it stops being fun, find something new. Never be scared of hard work, it makes the end result more rewarding. Your body should not be an afterthought……your body is you. Take care of it.
